Browns Mancation

Making questionable decisions at road games since 2007

Browns Mancation is annual pilgrimage to an away Browns game. Starting in 2007, when Mikey, Eric, and Drew, all Ohio University graduates living in Colorado, decided to go to Arizona and watch the Browns lose. In our mid twenties and unmarried at the time it was a weekend of debauchery, gluttony, and of course a Browns heartbreaking loss. An instant success of a trip it became an annual event. Now, in our mid 40s married with kiddos, it has evolved. But the debaucherously indulgent foundations remain.

In 2019, after an extensive search and interview process with strict requirements (Browns Fan, Euchre player, Cornhole abilities, beer drinker, etc.), Eric H was easily selected. He has been a spectacular addition to the crew AND more importantly seems to be the Browns lucky charm. Sitting at 2-10 (or what we call par for the course for the Browns) before Eric H. joined have won 4 straight and are now 6-10.

Mancation is a magical event that is something that we all look forward to annually. The Browns mean family, connection to our roots, and loving a team so much that gives you nothing in return. Only Browns fans know true love because no other relationship will be as lopsided as your undying love for this hexed organization.
